Enable Review exists to amplify real patient voices and help people make informed decisions about prosthetic, orthotic, rehabilitation, and related care.
We believe honest experiences — shared respectfully — create better outcomes for everyone.
What We Encourage
We welcome reviews and contributions that are:
✅ Based on Your Own Experience
Share what actually happened to you or your loved one.
✅ Honest and Specific
Details about communication, accessibility, wait times, comfort, and care are helpful to others.
✅ Respectful in Tone
Strong opinions are okay. Personal attacks are not.
✅ Helpful to the Community
Think about what you would want to know if you were choosing care for yourself.
What’s Not Allowed
To protect the integrity of the platform, the following are not permitted:
🚫 False or Misleading Information
Do not exaggerate, fabricate, or misrepresent experiences.
🚫 Personal Attacks or Harassment
No hate speech, threats, bullying, or abusive language toward providers or other users.
🚫 Promotional or Commercial Content
Reviews must not be advertisements or marketing messages.
🚫 Impersonation
Do not pretend to be someone else or post on another person’s behalf without permission.
🚫 Private or Sensitive Medical Information
Do not post medical records, diagnoses, or identifying health details about others.
🚫 Conflicts of Interest
Providers, employees, or affiliates may not review their own practice or competitors.
Reviews Should Focus On
Enable Review is about experience, not medical judgment. Helpful reviews often include:
Communication and bedside manner
Accessibility and clinic environment
Prosthetic or rehab support
Follow-up care
Respect and inclusion
Overall experience navigating care
Please avoid making clinical claims or offering medical advice.
Moderation
Enable Review reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates these guidelines or our Terms.
We may also suspend or remove user accounts that repeatedly violate community standards.
Moderation decisions are made to protect the community and are final.
Provider Listings
Providers and clinics may be added by community members.
Some listings may be marked Unverified until confirmed.
A listing does not imply endorsement by Enable Review.
Community Insights
By participating, you acknowledge that anonymized and aggregated review data may be used to improve the platform and share care trends with providers and partners — never individual identities.
