How We Moderate Reviews

Enable Review is built on real patient voices. Our moderation process exists to protect the integrity of the platform while honoring authentic experiences.

We do not edit reviews to favor providers or suppress negative feedback.

We moderate to ensure reviews follow our Community Guidelines.

What We Look For

Reviews may be reviewed or removed if they include:

  • False or misleading information

  • Personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech

  • Promotional or commercial content

  • Impersonation or conflicts of interest

  • Private or identifying medical information

  • Content not based on personal experience

What We Do NOT Moderate

We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.

Constructive criticism and honest feedback are welcome.

Different experiences are valid.

Our Process

When a review is flagged or automatically detected:

  1. Our team evaluates it against our guidelines

  2. We may approve it as-is

  3. We may request clarification

  4. We may remove it if it violates standards

Moderation decisions are final.

Provider Listings

Providers and clinics may be added by community members.

Some listings appear as Unverified until confirmed.

Listings do not imply endorsement.
