Enable Review does not provide medical advice and does not verify clinical outcomes.

2. Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that any information you provide is truthful and based on your own personal experience.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Reviews & User Content

By submitting content (including reviews, ratings, or provider listings), you agree:

  • Your content reflects your genuine personal experience

  • You will not post false, misleading, defamatory, or abusive material

  • You will not impersonate others

  • You will not submit promotional, spam, or paid content

You grant Enable Review a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your submitted content on the Site.

5. Use of Aggregated and Anonymized Data

By submitting content to Enable Review, you acknowledge and agree that we may analyze, aggregate, and anonymize user-submitted data (including ratings, responses, and experience trends) for purposes such as:

  • Improving the Enable Review platform

  • Sharing anonymized experience trends with providers and partners

  • Supporting research, education, and quality improvement initiatives

Enable Review will never sell individual user identities or personal health information.

6. Community Follow-Ups & Feedback Requests

From time to time, Enable Review may contact registered users via email to request additional feedback or insights related to limb loss care, prosthetic services, or rehabilitation experiences. These outreach efforts help improve the platform and support community-driven quality improvements.

Participation in any follow-up surveys or feedback requests is always optional.

7. Moderation

Enable Review reserves the right (but not the obligation) to review, edit, or remove content that:

Moderation decisions are final.

8. Provider Listings

Providers and clinics may be listed by community members.

Listings do not imply endorsement.

Some listings may be marked Unverified until confirmed by the provider or Enable Review.

9. No Medical Advice

All content on Enable Review is for informational purposes only.

Nothing on this Site constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding treatment decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

All Site content (excluding user submissions), branding, logos, and design are the property of Enable Review or its licensors.

You may not reproduce or redistribute Site materials without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Enable Review is provided “as is.”

We are not responsible for:

  • Provider performance or outcomes
