Seth is an experienced professional in all aspects of prosthetic care, including clinical, fabrication and policy. He is the Chief Clinical Officer at Wheeler O&P, and serves on the Executive Board as Treasurer for the American Academy of Orthotists & Prosthetists (AAOP).

My experience with Zach Roundy was generally positive, though with a few areas that could be improved. Zach is knowledgeable and takes time to explain the process, which I appreciated. He listened to my questions and made sure I understood my options.

The fit of the device was decent, but it took a few more adjustments than I expected to get things comfortable. Zach was willing to make the changes, but the process felt a bit slower than I had hoped. Communication was good overall, though there were moments when updates or follow-ups could have been more timely.

That said, Zach is patient, friendly, and clearly cares about doing quality work. With a bit more consistency and quicker turnaround on adjustments, the experience could easily move into four- or five-star territory.

I can’t recommend Robert Polander highly enough. From the moment I walked into his office, it was clear that Robert combines technical expertise with genuine compassion — a rare and valuable balance in prosthetic care. He takes the time to listen, explain options, and make sure every detail of the fit and function is exactly right.

Robert doesn’t rush the process. He checks in frequently, asks thoughtful questions about comfort and mobility, and makes adjustments until everything feels natural. His knowledge, skill, and commitment to quality have made a huge difference in my day-to-day life.

What also sets Robert apart is how he treats people. He makes you feel seen, supported, and truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Anyone in need of a prosthetist who puts heart and precision into their work will be in excellent hands with Robert Polander.
